This policy explains how the AquaServe Pro
(com.aquaservepro.app) application, on Android and the web (the
“App”), handles information.
Information the App handles
Staff account information
- Name and email address, used to identify the signed-in staff member
- Authentication credentials, handled by Supabase Auth. Passwords are never stored in plain text and are not readable by the Business or by us
Customer records entered by staff
- Customer name
- Phone number, and optionally a WhatsApp number and an alternate phone number
- Address details: address, area, city and postal code
- Free-text notes recorded by staff for service context
Business operational records
- Installed RO system details and service history, including service visits, parts used and technician notes
- Product sales, invoices and payment records — amount, payment type, method, status, date and reference number
Information the App does not collect
- No location data. The App requests no location permission and does not use GPS.
- No advertising. The App contains no ads and no advertising identifiers.
- No analytics or tracking. No analytics, crash reporting or attribution SDK is present in the App.
- No device contacts, camera, microphone or call logs.
The App requests storage access solely so that staff can save or share reports and invoices they generate, as CSV or PDF files. This is used for exporting data out of the App, never for reading personal files.
How information is used
Information is used only to provide the App’s business-management features to the Business: maintaining customer records, scheduling and recording service visits, managing sales and invoices, and producing reports.
We do not sell information. We do not use it for advertising or profiling, and we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes.
Service providers
The App stores its data in Supabase, which provides the hosted database and authentication used by the App. Supabase processes data on our behalf in order to operate the service. No other third party receives data from the App.
Security
- All communication between the App and its backend is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
- Access requires an authenticated staff account.
- Database row-level security rules restrict each account to the records it is entitled to see.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information the App holds.
Data retention and deletion
Records are retained for as long as the Business maintains its account.
Because accounts are provisioned administratively and the App has no public sign-up, deletion is handled on request. A staff member, a Business administrator, or an individual whose details appear in a Business’s customer records may request deletion by emailing abdulsamad.dev@gmail.com. We will respond to verified requests and delete the relevant data unless we are required to retain it by law.
Children’s privacy
The App is a workplace tool intended for adult staff. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the App changes. Material changes will be published on this page with a revised date above.
